In accordance with your search criteria, we will identify and present a number of suppliers to you.
Supplier Qualification
We will inspect premises of suppliers at your request and interview management to assess the suitability of suppliers.
Price Negotiation
Using our knowledge of the market to ensure that you are being offered competitive prices for reliable quality, we will carry out all the time-consuming price negotiation with manufacturers.
Quality Control
Prior to inspections, we will agree with you the quality requirements for each product including any specific sampling population. We will alert you to issues that we encounter during our inspections that we think are unusual and deserve to be highlighted even if they do not feature in the inspection checklist.
Project Management
During the product development process, we will facilitate communication regarding technical drawings and check samples before they are sent out to you. We will be in regular contact with manufacturers to ensure that project deadlines are met. In cases of unavoidable delay, we will identify and communicate the reasons for the delay. This is particularly useful when manufacturers are unwilling to share certain problems directly with you but are more forthcoming with us. |
